Return Policy
You may return the hardware within 31 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility
- The return must be initiated within 31 days of the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Finder GPS Australia. Purchases made through third parties are not eligible under this policy.
Condition of Returned Products
- Change of Mind: The tracker must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- Faulty Products: Original packaging is not required, but you must provide proof of purchase and details of the fault.
Return Delivery Costs
- Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL): If the product has a major fault or failure, Finder GPS will cover the reasonable cost of return delivery. Once assessed, we will either provide a replacement, repair, or refund as required under the ACL.
- Non-ACL Returns (e.g., change of mind, misuse, damage not covered by ACL): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Finder GPS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exclusions
Any and all warranties or conditions not guaranteed by the ACL are expressly excluded, except where fully stated in this Return Policy or required by law.
